Grandma Austins' Chocolate Cake

  Dessert
Ingredients:
  2 Cups   Sugar
  2 1/2 Cups   Flour
  1/4 Cups   Hershy's Cocoa
    Pam
  1 tsp   baking soda
  1 tsp   salt
  2   eggs
  1/2 cup   buttermilk
  3/4 cup   shortening
  1 tsp   vanilla
  1 cup   water
  1 tsp   cinnamon
Directions:
  Mix cocoa and water in sauce pan. add shortening. boil. cool slightly. mix together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Blend together, do not beat, sugar and eggs in a large bowl. Blend in cocoa mix. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Stir each time. stir in vanilla. Pour into greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 in jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
