Ingredients: |

Hamburger |
|
1/2 lg |
|
Onion(chopped) |

3 Tbs |
|
Oil |
|
1/4 Can |
|
Sloppy Joe Sauce (Manwich) |
|
3 lg |
|
Yucon Potatoes (1/2 inch cubes) |
|
1/2 cup |
|
Swiss Cheese(shredded) |
|
3 cloves |
|
Garlic |
|
2 Tbsp |
|
Butter |
|
1 Cans |
|
Nibblets Corn |
|
1 packet |
|
Creamy Pesto (Knorr) |
|
1 cup |
|
Milk |
|
1/4 cup |
|
Oil |
Directions: |
|
1. Saute Onion in a frying pan with oil until golden
2. Add Hamburger. Cook. Removed from heat. Drain grease. Add Sloppy Joe Sauce. Mix.
3. Boil potatoes with Garlic Cloves until potatoes are soft. Drain.
4. Make Creamy Pesto Seasoning as directed(Milk and Oil)
5. Mix 3/4 of Pesto Sauce with Potatoes. Add Butter and cheese. Whip.
6. Mix 1/4 Pesto Sauce with Corn.
7. Spray a Baking dish with non-stick
8. Layer - Hamburg Mixture, Corn Mixture, Whipped Potatoes.
9. Cook 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
