Garlic Rice

  White Rice with a light touch of garlic taste, excellent with fried fish or seafood dish.
Ingredients:
  2 cups   white rice
  1 tsp   Sea Salt
  1 oz   Canola Oil
  2 pc   Garlic cut in tiny pieces
  3 cup   water
Directions:
  Add water, salt, canola oil and garlic together in a pot, bring to a full boil, add white rice and reduce to low heat, cover pot and simmer for 20 minutes, do not open pot! after 20 minutes open and turn fluffy rice with a large spoon and turn stove off, if you need to make a larger amount remember for every cup of rice you need one and one half cup of water. 20 minutes will make perfect rice allways, use more or less garlic to taste, I use an electric stove.
