GF Apple Crisp

Ingredients:
  4 cups   sliced apples
  1/2 tsp   cinnamon
  1/2 cup   GFCF margarine
  3/4 cup   sugar
  3/4 cup   sorghum flour
Directions:
  1.Slice apples into an 8 x 8 inch pan.
2.Sprinkle with cinnamon.
3.Combine margarine, sugar, and flour, mixing together well.
4.Place over top of apples and cinnamon.
5.Bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour or until topping turns light brown.
