G's Zucchini and asparagus casserole

  preheat oven to 350.
peel and dice zucchini to bitesize pieces. cut asparagus to bitesize pieces. mix all of the ingredients in a casserole dish seasoning with salt, pepper, basil, parsely, garlic and onion as desired.. bake for 35-40 minutes .
Ingredients:
  1 bunch   asparagus
  1 medium   zucchini
  8 oz   shredded monterey jack cheese
  1/2 box   Trader Joe's organic butter nut squash - low sodium
  1/2 cup   rice, partially cooked and drained
  1 tsp   onion adn garlic salt, parsley flakes, basil flakes
