preheat oven to 350.
peel and dice zucchini to bitesize pieces. cut asparagus to bitesize pieces. mix all of the ingredients in a casserole dish seasoning with salt, pepper, basil, parsely, garlic and onion as desired.. bake for 35-40 minutes . |
