Fresh Garlic Chicken

Ingredients: |

chicken breast |
|
1/2 cup |
|
all-purpose flour |
|
1/4 cup |
|
butter |
|
2 teaspoons |
|
minced garlic (4-5 large cloves) |
|
1 cup |
|
apple juice |
|
2 tablespoons |
|
lemon juice |
|
|
|
sprinkle with pepper & salt |
Directions: |

Coat chicken with flour. Melt butter in skillet on medium heat. Add chicken & garlic. Cook 5 minutes on each side until chicken is cooked thouroughly. Remove chicken from skillet & keep warm. Add juices and pepper to skillet. Bring to a boil for about 4 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken prior to serving.
