Feta-Stuffed Burgers***

  Hamburgers with Feta Cheese and Roasted Red Peppers

Would also be great with ground turkey or chicken (and healthier!)
Ingredients:
  1 Lb   Hamburger
  1 Tbs   Oregano
  1/4 tsp   Garlic Powder
  2/3 Cup   Roasted Red Peppers (packed in water)
  1 Cup   Romaine Lettuce
  4   Hamburger Buns
  7 Tbs   Feta Cheese, Crumbled
Directions:
  Combine Hamburger, Oregano, Garlic Powder, & Feta Cheese. Divide Mixture into 4 equal parts.

Form Hamburger Patties and grill until well done.

Serve Hamburger with red peppers and lettuce over top of burgers.
