Enchilada Chicken

Super easy and fast Enchilada Chicken. Takes about 10 minutes. |
Ingredients: |

5 each |
|
4oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast |
|
2 tsp |
|
Mrs Dash Southwest Chipotle |
|
5 tbsp |
|
enchilada sauce |
|
2.50 oz |
|
shredded mexican cheese blend |
Directions: |

Preheat oven to 350
Season each chicken breast evenly on all sides.
Place a large ovenproof, nonstick skillet over high heat. When hot, lightly mist with olive oil spray and add the chicken. Cook, turning once, for 1-2 minutes per side or just until the chicken is browned on the outside.
Remove pan from heat and top each chicken breast with 1 tbsp enchilada sauce followed by 1/2 oz cheese. Put skillet in oven and bake for 4-6 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside and cheese is melted.
