Ingredients:
  5 lg   potatoes, thinly sliced
  1 lb   ground beef
  2   green peppers, chopped
  1 lg   onion, diced
  2 c   shredded cheddar cheese
  1 tsp   salt
  1 Tbls   brown sugar
  2 c   tomato sauce
Directions:
  Cook potatoes in small amount of water until tender. Drain. Saute ground beef, peppers, and onion in skillet. Combine rest of ingredients in a bowl. Alternate layers of meat mixture and potatoes in greesed 2 qt casserole. Pour cheese-tomato mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
