Boiled eggs |

Wholewheat rolls |

Low fat mayonnaise |
|
4 cups |
|
chopped rocket, baby spinach |
|
2 tsp |
|
Fresh parsley |
|
1 pinch |
|
Paprika |
Directions: |
|
Chop boiled egg
mix with mayonnaise, parsley, paprika & season
Divide in 4 and spread onto rolls
