Egg Muffin Sandwiches

  Egg Muffin Sandwiches
Ingredients:
  4   English Muffins
  4 Large   Eggs
  4 Slices   Ready To Serve Bacon or Sausage
  4 Slices   American Cheese
Directions:
  Place half of english muffin on microwavable plate. Crack egg carefully on english muffin. Microwave on high for 40 seconds. Fold bacon strips in half and place with cheese over the egg. Top with remaining half of english muffin. Microwave on high for 30 seconds or until egg is completely set and yolk is thickened around edges.
