Easy Tex Mex Bake

Ingredients:
  8 oz   uncooked think mostaccioli
  1 lb   ground turkey breast
  2/3 cup   bottled salsa
  1 pkg   frozen corn, thawed and drained
  1 container   low-fat cottage cheese (16oz)
  1   egg
  1 T   minced fresh cilantro
  1/2 tsp   ground white pepper
  1/4 tsp   ground cumin
  1/2 cup   shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions:
  Cook pasta according to pkg. Drain and rinse well. set aside.
Spray lg. nonstick skillet w/ nonstick cooking spray. Add turkey; cook until no longer pink, about 5 min. Stir in salsa and corn. Remove from heat.
Preheat oven to 350. Combine cottage cheese, egg, cilantro, white pepper and cumin in small bowl.
Spoon 1/2 of turkey mixture in bottom of 11x7 in. baking dish. Top w/ pasta. Spoon cottage cheese mixture over pasta. Top w/ remaining turkey mixture. Sprinkle Monterrey Jack cheese over casserole.
