Easy Swiss Steka

  Meat
Ingredients:
  6   cube steaks or round steaks tenderized
  1 can   mushroom soup
  16 oz   stewed tomatoes
Directions:
  Brown steaks in skillet using non-stick spray. Season with salt and pepper, celery salt and red pepper flakes to taste. Remove from pan. Put mushroom soup, stewed tomatoes and 1/2 cup water in skillet. Blend well. Put steaks in roaster and cook at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
