Easy Stir Fry

Beef and Peppers over White Rice |
Ingredients: |

1 lb |
|
sirloin steak or ground beef |
|
1 tbsp |
|
vegetable oil |
|
1 can |
|
Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup |
|
2 tbsp |
|
soy sauce |
|
1 tbsp |
|
brown sugar |
|
2 |
|
red and green bell peppers (sliced) |
|
1 |
|
onion (sliced) |
|
2 cups |
|
white rice cooked |
Directions: |
|
1. Brown beef.
2. Add soup, soy sauce and sugar. Heat to a boil.
3. Reduce heat and add in vegetables. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Serve over rice.
