Easy Lasagna

Easy lasagna, no need to pre-cook noodles |
Ingredients: |

lasagna noodles |
|
1 pd |
|
ground turkey |
|
1 med. |

onion chopped |
|
26 oz |

jar spaghetti sauce |
|
15 oz |
|
ricotta cheese |
|
3 cups |
|
mozzarella cheese |
|
1/2 cup |
|
grated parmesan |
|
2 |
|
eggs |
|
1 Tbsp. |

parsley |
Directions: |
|
Brown and drain turkey and onion; add spaghetti sauce and mix well
In seperate bowl mix together 2 cups mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs and parley.
Spray 9x13 pan with olive oil cooking spray. Spread 1/4 of sauce mix over the bottom of the pan. Top with 4 lasagna noodles then with 1/2 of cheese mixture. Continue layering sauce, noodles, remaining cheese mix, sauce, noodles, and sauce. Top with 1 cup mozzarella.
Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove tin foil and bake and additional 10 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
MAKE AHEAD TIP: If you make lasagna ahead of time (to be baked later) - let it sit at room temperature for 15-20 before baking.
