Savory tater tot casserol with veggies. |
Ingredients: |

1/2 bag |
|
tatertots |
|
2 .lbs |
|
lean hamburger |
|
1 family size can |
|
cream of mushroom soup |
|
1 medium |
|
onion |
|
1 sm. can |
|
mushrooms |
|
16 oz |
|
cheddar cheese, shredded |
|
4 oz |
|
corn |
|
4 oz |
|
green beans |
|
4 oz |
|
broccoli |
|
1 clove |
|
garlic |
|
1 cup |
|
sour cream |
Directions: |
|
Saute' hamburger, onions, garlic, salt and pepper.
Spray pan(or oil
Line bottom of pan with layer of tater tots.
Pour in hamburger mixture
pour in veggies and mushrooms, mix into burger gently.
sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Neatly place tater tots in a layer over all.
Mix Mushroom soup with one cup milk and 1 cup sour cream, pour over casserole.
Bake at 375 until tater tots are done.
