In a heavy skillet brown chicken seasoned with salt over medium-high heat.
Remove chicken and reduce heat to medium add in oil.
Thinly sliced onion and garlic add to pan cook 5-7 minutes until tender.
Add in curry powder cook another 1-2 minutes.
Stir in chicken broth and return chicken to pan.
Reduce heat to low and cover, cook until chicken is cooked trough approximately 35 minutes.
