Crunchy Fish Burgers

Ingredients: |

1 cup |
|
crushed corn flakes |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
garlic powder |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
dry mustard |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
black pepper |
|
1 |
|
egg, lightly beaten |
|
1 tbsp |
|
water |
|
1 lb |
|
fish fillets |
Directions: |
|
In a heavy plastic bag combine crumbs and spices. In a shallow bowl combine egg and water. Dip fillets, one at a time, in egg wash then place in plastic bag. Shake to coat then place on baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve on fresh buns with any toppings you enjoy.
