Crock Pot Short Ribs

Great dish served with mashed potatoes or rice, crusty bread, and a big salad. |
Ingredients: |

1 C |
|
Red wine |
|
2/3 C |
|
ketchup |
|
3 Tbsp |
|
Soy sauce |
|
2 cloves |
|
Garlic, crushed |
|
2 Tbsp |
|
Brown sugar |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
Black pepper |
|
4 lbs |
|
Beef short ribs |
|
1 |
|
Yellow onion, chopped |
Directions: |
|
Combine first six ingredients in crock pot, stir until blended.
Add ribs, submerging in the sauce.
Add onions over the top.
Cook on low for 7-8 hrs until tender.
