Crock Pot Short Ribs

  Great dish served with mashed potatoes or rice, crusty bread, and a big salad.
Ingredients:
  1 C   Red wine
  2/3 C   ketchup
  3 Tbsp   Soy sauce
  2 cloves   Garlic, crushed
  2 Tbsp   Brown sugar
  1/4 tsp   Black pepper
  4 lbs   Beef short ribs
  1   Yellow onion, chopped
Directions:
  Combine first six ingredients in crock pot, stir until blended.
Add ribs, submerging in the sauce.
Add onions over the top.
Cook on low for 7-8 hrs until tender.
