Crock Pot Pork Chops a la Orange

Pork Chops a la Orange |
Ingredients: |

2 lbs |
|
bone-in pork chops |
|
1 1/2 cup |
|
orange juice |
|
1 can (11 oz) |
|
mandarin oranges; drained |
|
1 can (8 oz) |
|
pineapple tidbits; drained |
|
|
|
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions: |
|
1.Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Place in crock pot and add orange juice. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Add drained mandarin oranges and pineapple tidbits for last 30 minutes of cooking. Serving suggestion: serve over noodles or with rice.
