Crock Pot Pork Chops a la Orange

  Pork Chops a la Orange
Ingredients:
  2 lbs   bone-in pork chops
  1 1/2 cup   orange juice
  1 can (11 oz)   mandarin oranges; drained
  1 can (8 oz)   pineapple tidbits; drained
    salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
  1.Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Place in crock pot and add orange juice. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Add drained mandarin oranges and pineapple tidbits for last 30 minutes of cooking. Serving suggestion: serve over noodles or with rice.
