Crock Pot Lasagna

  Crock Pot dish
Ingredients:
  1 lb   ground beef
  8   lasagna noodles,uncooked
  1 tsp   Italian seasoning
  28 oz   spaghetti sauce
  1/3 c   water
  1 can/jar   sliced mushrooms
  15 oz   container ricotta cheese
  2 c   shredded Mozerella cheese
Directions:
  Brown ground beef; drain. Stir in Italian seasoning to ground beef. Spray bottom of crock pot or crock pot liner with non stick spray. Break 4 lasagna noodles in half and place in crock pot. Spread half of the ground beef mixture on top of the noodles. Pour half of the spaghetti sauce over mixture. Pour half of the water over the sauce. Add half of the mushrooms. Add half ricotta. Add half Mozerella. Repeat for one more layer. Cook on low for 5 hours.
