Crock Pot Cheesy Bacon Potato Soup

Ingredients:
  5 C   Water
  4   Chicken bouillon cubes
  8   Potatoes (peeled and chopped)
  6 slices   Bacon (cooked and chopped)
  1 can   Evaporated milk
  1 C   Grated sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
  Cook water, bouillon cubes and potatoes on low for 4-5 hours.
After cooking, add bacon, evaporated milk and grated cheddar.
Cook another 1/2 hour until cheese melts.
Serve in bread bowls or with homemade bread.
