  Roast Carrots and Potatoes
Ingredients:
  1 lb   roast
  4   peeled, cubed potatoes
  6   peeled, cut carrots
  1 can   beef broth
  1 medium   onion, cut
  1 package   italian seasoning
Directions:
  Put all in crock pot on LOW 6-8 hours.
