Creamy fusili with vegetables

|
fusili pasta |
|
2 tsp. |
|
olive oil |
|

|
green onions, sliced |
|
8 ounces |
|
sliced mushrooms |
|
8 ounces |
|
broccoli florets |
|
1 tsp. |
|
garlic salt |
|
2 Tbsp. |
|
butter |
|
3 Tbsp. |
|
flour |
|
3 cups |
|
milk |
|
2/3 cup |
|
Parmesan cheese |
|
1/4 tsp. |
|
ground white pepper |
|
1/8 tsp. |

grated nutmeg |
Directions: |

1. Cook pasta
2. Cook vegetables in olive oil with garlic salt
3. Make white sauce
4. Put together, sprinkle with reserved Parmesan cheese
