Creamy fusili with vegetables

  kind of like an alfredo thing Olive Garden served a few years ago...
Ingredients:
  3/4 pound   fusili pasta
  2 tsp.   olive oil
  2   green onions, sliced
  8 ounces   sliced mushrooms
  8 ounces   broccoli florets
  1 tsp.   garlic salt
  2 Tbsp.   butter
  3 Tbsp.   flour
  3 cups   milk
  2/3 cup   Parmesan cheese
  1/4 tsp.   ground white pepper
  1/8 tsp.   grated nutmeg
Directions:
  1. Cook pasta
2. Cook vegetables in olive oil with garlic salt
3. Make white sauce
4. Put together, sprinkle with reserved Parmesan cheese
