frozen skinless chicken breast |

italian seasoning |

dried basil |

minced garlic |

cans of coconut milk |

cans of diced tomatoes and juice |

Directions: |

Put everything in a crock pot and cook for 9 hours on low
After cooked, shred the chicken with two forks
Set to keep warm until ready to serve
