Creamy Crockpot Chicken and Tomato Soup

serves: 8
  I serve with cornbread
Ingredients:
  8   frozen skinless chicken breast
  2 tbsp   italian seasoning
  1 tbsp   dried basil
  2 cloves   minced garlic
  1   large onion
  2 14 oz   cans of coconut milk
  2 14 oz   cans of diced tomatoes and juice
  2 cup   chicken broth
  1   small can tomato paste
    salt and pepper
Directions:
  Put everything in a crock pot and cook for 9 hours on low
After cooked, shred the chicken with two forks
Set to keep warm until ready to serve
