Cream Chicken on Toast

  Cream Chicken on Toast
Ingredients:
  4 T   butter
  4 T   flour
  2 c   milk
  1/2 lb   chicken, cooked and cubed
    salt and pepper
Directions:
  Melt butter, add flour to form paste. Remove from heat and gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Return to heat and bring to boil, add chicken and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over toast.

Can use turkey in place of chicken too.
