| Cream Chicken on Toast | |||||
| Ingredients: | |||||
| 4 T | butter | ||||
| 4 T | flour | ||||
| 2 c | milk | ||||
| 1/2 lb | chicken, cooked and cubed | ||||
| salt and pepper | |||||
| Directions: | |||||
|
Melt butter, add flour to form paste. Remove from heat and gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Return to heat and bring to boil, add chicken and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over toast.
Can use turkey in place of chicken too. |
