Boil potatoes in salt water until fork tender.
Drizzle olive oil on sheet pan.
Place potatoes on sheet.
With potatoe masher gently press down each potatoe until it slightly mashes.
Rotate masher 90 degrees and mash again.
Brush tops of each potatoe generously with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and fresh rosemary.
Bake at 450 degress for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Serve as a side.
