Cranberry Sauce2

Ingredients:
  1/2 Cup   Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  1/2 Pound   Fresh Cranberries
  1/2 Tbs   Grade B Maple Syrup
Directions:
  1. Rinse cranberries in a colander, removing any bad ones.
2. Place cranberries and orange juice in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
3. After boiling a few minutes, cranberries will begin to pop open. Continue to stir.
4. Once they have popped, stir in maple syrup. Chill before serving.
