Cranberry Salad

  Sweet and tart cranberries.
Ingredients:
  1 small   box lemon gelatin
  1 C   boiling water
  1/2 C   cold water
  3   oranges
  3   apples
  1 bag   cranberries
  1 1/2 C   sugar
Directions:
  Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water. Chill until about 1/2 set, about 1 hour.

Don't peel fruit; cut into chunks; process in food processor. Add sugar; mix with gelatin. Chill until set, about 4 hours or overnight.
