Country Fried Steak

  Steak
Ingredients:
  1 Pkg   Cubed Steak
  2 Pkg   Country Gravy Mix
  1/2 TSP   Pepper
  1/2 TSP   Salt
  2 Cups   Corn Flake Crumbs (fine)
  1/2 Cup   Melted Butter
Directions:
  Dip steak into butter and then coat with the corn flake mixture (flakes, salt and pepper). Place steaks into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 30 minutes. turn over and bake until done. (approx. 20-30 minutes). Remove from oven. Drain off grease. Place back into dish. Mix gravy as directed and pour over steaks. Put into over for 15-20 minutes.
