Corned Beef and Cabbage

Corned Beef |
|
1 head |
|
Cabbage |
|
4 tbsp |
|
brown mustard |
|
1 bag |
|
Mini Carrots |
|
1/2 cup |
|
Apple Cider Vinegar |
Directions: |
|
Place Corned Beef in Slow Cooker with Vinegar. Add picking spice if desired and spread mustard on beef if desired. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours. Add Cabbage and carrots last hour and half. (cut Cabbage into wedges)
Slice and Serve or shred and serve.
