Cornbread Dressing

This is a lower calorie version of a traditional recipe. We love this especially the crunchy crust on top. |
Ingredients: |

2 Boxes |
|
Jiffy Cornbread |
|
5 Large |
|
Carrots |
|
4 Medium |
|
Celery Stalks |
|
1 Cup |
|
Onion, diced |
|
2 Cans |
|
Chicken Broth |
|
1 Tbsp |
|
Olive OIl |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
Poultry Seasoning |
Directions: |
|
Heat olive oil in skillet add onions and start to carmelize. Then add celery and carrots cooking until just soft. Combine bread and broth with veggies and any seasonings . Mix well, be careful not to break down bread to much. put into a pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
