worcestershire sauce -divided |

ground beef |

1/2 lb |

ground pork |

eggs |

vegetable oil for brushing |

beef broth |
|
1/4 cup |

heavy cream |

Directions: |
|
Put bread crumbs in a bowl. Melt 2 Tbls butter in a saute pan and saute over medium heat onion, garlic all spice 2tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper until soft, about 5 minutes. Add milk and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer. Pour the milk mixture over the bread crumbs and combine to a thick paste, let cool. Add beef, pork and eggs and mix until combined.
brush baking sheet with vegetable oil. Roll meat in to 1 in balls and arrange on sheet. Cover with plastic and chill at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Bake them until through, about 20 minutes.
Make the gravy; Melt the butter in a Large skillet over medium heat. Add flour and cook, whisking until smooth. Whisk in beef broth and Worcestershire and bring to a simmer. Add the cram and the meatballs. Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer until gravy thickens, about 10 minutes. season with salt and pepper. Serve with parsley garnish and lingonberry jam.
