  CousCous with veggies.
Ingredients:
  1/2 cup   whole wheat couscous
  1/2 cup   shredded carrots
  1/2 cup   zucchini
  2 tbsp   cilantro
Directions:
  1. Make the couscous according to package directions.
2. Fluff with a fork.
3. Stir in carrots, zucchini and cilantro.
Serving=1/2 cup. 1 point.
