Ingredients: |

1/2 cup |
|
whole wheat couscous |
|
1/2 cup |
|
shredded carrots |
|
1/2 cup |
|
zucchini |
|
2 tbsp |
|
cilantro |
Directions: |
|
1. Make the couscous according to package directions.
2. Fluff with a fork.
3. Stir in carrots, zucchini and cilantro.
Serving=1/2 cup. 1 point.
