Chocolate Fondue

Rediculously smooth and creamy chocolate fondue. Use to dip fruit, marshmallows, cake, cookies, old boots... really anything will taste fantastic dipped in this fondue! |
Ingredients: |

1/2 c. |
|
butter |
|
1 c. |
|
brown sugar |
|
1 c. |
|
chocolate chips, semi-sweet |
|
3 T. |
|
corn syrup |
|
1 c. |
|
evaporated milk |
|
1 tsp. |
|
vanilla |
Directions: |

Using a double-boiler, stir and melt together chocolate chips, brown sugar and butter. Remove from heat, and whisk in evaporated milk and corn syrup. When sauce is smooth, add vanilla and stir a bit longer until incorporated. Serve immediately. You may want to keep this sauce warm in a mini crock pot on low heat or in a chocolate fondue pot.
