Chinese Fried Noodles

  1 Dish Cooking
Ingredients:
  1/2 Pkg   Noodles
  1 cup   Frozen Vegetable
  2   Chicken Breasts (Skin/Bone Removed)
  2 tbsp   Sweet Soy Sauce
  1 pkg   Fresh Mushrooms Sliced
  1 tbsp   Margarine
Directions:
  - Using a deep fry pan
- cut chicken into bite sized strips
- fully cook and brown chicken
- Remove chicken from pan
- put noodles in pan
- add about 1/2 cup water
- bring water to a boil and let simmer for about 2 minutes stirring to prevent sticking
- drain off access water
- add margarine to the noodles
- add in mushrooms
- vegetables and stir gently while mushrooms cook.
- add chicken back in
- add soy sauce to taste.
- Serve
