Chilaquilas

  Guatemalan traditional food. Instead of tortillas you can use vegetables to "hug" the cheese.
Ingredients:
  20   corn tortillas
  1/2 lb   cheddar cheese sliced
  3   eggs
  1/4 tsp   salt
  1 tbsp   flour
Directions:
  1. Slice the cheese
2. Warm up the tortillas
3. Beat egg whites until it peaks. Add egg yolks and flour.
4. Put cheese inside tortillas and fold in half.
5. Dip in the egg whites mixture.
6. Fry on both sides until eggs are cooked and cheese is melted
