Chicken with Peanut Sauce

  Chicken in a spicy Peanut Sauce
Ingredients:
  1.50 lbs.   Boneless/skinless Chicken Breast
  2 tsp.   Vegetable Oil
  1 can   Cream of Chicken Soup
  3 tbsp.   Chunky Peanut Butter
  2/3 cup   Water
  2   Green Onions
  1 tsp.   Chili Powder
  1/8 tsp.   Ground Red Pepper
Directions:
  Place chicken Breasts between 2 sheets of plastic wrap. With flat side of meat mallet until 1/4 inch thickness.

in 10 inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook chicken, a half at a time, for 10 minutes or until brown on oth sides.

Add soup, peanut butter, water, onions, chili powder and pepper to skillet.

Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
