Chicken and Broccoli Saute

chopped broccoli |

Carrots, peeled and chopped |

finely chopped yellow onion |

garlic cloves, minced |

boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite size pieces |

teriyaki sauce |
Directions: |
|
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the broccoli, carrots, onion, and garlic, and saute until the vegetables begin to soften.
Add the chicken and 1 tablespoon of the teriyaki sauce. When the chicken begins to brown, add the second tablespoon of sauce. Cooke for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve over brown rice.
