Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

  Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo
Ingredients:
  8 oz   linguine noodles
  1 c   fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
  1/8 c   butter
  1 clove   garlic, minced
  1 lb   skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
  10.75 oz   condensed cream of mushroom soup
  1/2 c   milk
  1/2 c   grated parmesan cheese
  1/4 tsp   ground black pepper
Directions:
  1. Cook linguine according to package directions. Add broccoli for last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain.

2. Heat butter and garlic in skillet. Cook chicken until browned, stirring often.

3. Add soup, milk, cheese, black pepper and linguine mixture and heat through. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
