Chicken Vegetable Soup with Rice

  Chicken Vegetable Soup with Rice
Ingredients:
  6 C.   water
  1 t   dried basil
  1 t   dried thyme
  1 1/2 c   chopped fresh parsley
  1 c   chopped carrots
  1 c   brown basmati rice (not cooked)
  1/2 c   chopped onion
  5 cloves   garlic, chopped
  1 c   chopped tomatoes
  1 c   frozen peas
  1/2 c   red, yellow, and orange bell pepper
  1/2 t   fresh ground pepper
Directions:
  Put all ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on high until done, 3 to 4 hours
