Chicken Teriyaki Stirfry

|
chicken breast |
|
1/2 bottle |
|
teriyaki sauce |
|
1/2 ea |
|
yellow pepper |
|
1/2 ea |
|
green pepper |
|
1/2 ea |
|
yellow pepper |
|
1/2 ea |
|
broccolli crown |
|
2 cups |
|
steamed rice |
|
1 ea |
|
small onion |
|
1 tsp |
|
crushed garlic |
|
1 tsp |
|
ginger paste |
Directions: |
|
saute onion, garlic and ginger in vegetable oil
add diced chicken
cook until chicken is mostly done
add chopped peppers and broccolli
saute until veggies are tender
add sauce
steam rice
