Chicken Tacos (WW)***

  Weight Watchers New Complete Cookbook Page 175 (Points Plus 7)
Ingredients:
  4   Chicken Breast (20oz total)
  2 Tsp   Taco Seasoning
  1/4 Tsp   Salt
  1/4 Tsp   Black Pepper
  12   Corn Tortillas, Warmed
  1   Tomato, Diced
  1   Avocado, Peeled & Diced
  1   Onion, Thinly Sliced
  1/2 Cup   Cilantro, Fresh; Chopped
  1/2 Cup   Sour Cream, Fat Free
Directions:
  1. Sprinkle chicken with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Spray ridged grill pan with nonstick spray and set over medium heat. Place chicken in pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6 minutes per side. When cool enough to handle, tear chicken into long, thin strips.

2. Top each tortilla with 1/6th of chicken, tomato, avocado, onion, cilantro, and sour cream. Fold tortillas in half.
