Chicken Taco Melt

serves: 4
  Chicken or ground beef can be used
Ingredients:
  1 lb   chicken, cooked and shredded
  1 package   taco seasoning
  2/3 cup   water
  1/4 cup   sriracha sauce
  1 can   biscuits
  1 cup   shredded cheese
  1 cup   sour cream
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In saucepan, cook taco seasoning, 1/4 cup water, sriracha sauce, and chicken until thickened
Press each biscuit into 6 inches round
Fill each with taco mixture and 1 tablespoon of cheese
Fold dough over and press ends to seal
Place on greased cookie sheet
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown
Serve with cheese and sour cream
