Ingredients:
  2   Parsnips, Diced
  2   Carrots, Diced
  2   Celery Stalks, Diced
  4   Parsley Sprigs, Fresh
  2 Tbs   Fresh Dill
  3/4 Tsp   Thyme, Dried
  1/4 Tsp   Black Pepper
  2 Lbs   Chicken, Bone-in
  7 Cups   Chicken Broth
Directions:
  1 Combine parsnips, carrots, celery, onion, parsley, dill, thyme, and pepper in 5-6Qt slow cooker. Place Chicken on top of vegetables. Add broth; cover and cood 4-5 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low.

2. About 1 hour before cooking time is up transfer chicken to plate.

3. When cool enough to haldle, separate chicken meat from bones and cut into bite-size pieces. Return chicken to slow cooker; cover and cook 45 minutes.
