Chicken Pesto Mushroom Bake

  Serve with Drizzled Salad
Ingredients:
  6   boneless chicken breasts, pounded
  3 tsp   Italian seasoning
  1 tsp   garlic salt
  1/2 cup   bread crumbs
  3 tsp   pesto
  1 carton   sliced mushrooms
  1 can   diced tomatoes, drained
Directions:
  Preheat oven to 350.

In plastic bag, comine seasonings and bread crumbs. shake one chicken breast at a time. Place each breast in oil-sprayed baking dish. Combine mushrooms, tomatoes, and pesto. Spread over chicken. Sprinkle with remaining shake mix. Cover and bake for 45 min.
