Chicken Fettucine Alfredo (JP)

  chicken fettucine alfredo
Ingredients:
  2 cloves   garlic, minced
  1/2 c   chicken broth
  2 T   flour
  16 oz   evaporated milk
  1 c   parmesan cheese
  1 lb   chicken, cooked & diced
  1 lb   fettucine noodles
Directions:
  Cook noodles. Saute garlic in broth. Wisk in flour until smooth. Return to low heat and add milk. Cook until thick and smooth. Stir in 1/2 c parmesan. Add chicken. Mix noodles & sauce, top with remaining parmesan.
