Chicken Enchiliada Casserole

  Green sauce enchilada casserole.
Ingredients:
  2 lbs   Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  3 cups   chicken broth
  1 can   chile ortegas
  1 can   green enchilada sauce
  1 pint   sour cream
  1 lb   grated pepperjack cheese
  1 cup   grated cheddar cheese
  6 each   tortillas
Directions:
  Boil chicken breasts in chicken broth with ortega chiles. Once cooked shred chicken into small bite-sized pieces.

For sauce mix together green enchilada sauce and sour cream.

Layer tortillas, chicken, sauce and cheese in casserole dish. Repeat 3 times.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
