Chicken Caserole

  Chicken and poppy seed casserole
Ingredients:
  5   Chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
  2 cans   Cream of chicken soup
  1 8 oz.   Sour cream
  3 tsp.   poppy seeds
  1 1/2 sticks   butter / margarine (melted)
  1 1/2 rolls   round ritz crackers (crushed)
Directions:
  1. Cook chicken until tender.
2. mix soup, sour cream, poppy seeds together in mixing bowl.
3. place chicken in casserole dish and pour soup mixture of it.
4. place cracker/ butter mix on top (melt butter and mix with crushed crackers)
5. Bake 40 min. @ 350 degrees or until crackers are golden brown.
