Chicken and poppy seed casserole |
Ingredients: |

Chicken breast (cut into small pieces) |
|
2 cans |
|
Cream of chicken soup |
|
1 8 oz. |
|
Sour cream |
|
3 tsp. |
|
poppy seeds |
|
1 1/2 sticks |
|
butter / margarine (melted) |
|
1 1/2 rolls |
|
round ritz crackers (crushed) |
Directions: |
|
1. Cook chicken until tender.
2. mix soup, sour cream, poppy seeds together in mixing bowl.
3. place chicken in casserole dish and pour soup mixture of it.
4. place cracker/ butter mix on top (melt butter and mix with crushed crackers)
5. Bake 40 min. @ 350 degrees or until crackers are golden brown.
