Chicken Breast Stroganoff

  Simple Flavorful Meal
Ingredients:
  6   Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  1 1/2 T   Butter
  1 1/2 Cups   Fresh mushrooms
  2 T   Fresh Parsley, Chopped
  2 t   Dried Chives
  1/4 t   Dried Dillweed
  1/4 t   salt
  1/8 t   pepper
  1/2 Cup   Chicken Broth
  1 T   Flour
  1/2 Cup   Sour Cream
Directions:
  In a large skillet, melt butter and brown breast fillets on both sides; remove chicken and reserve. Add mushrooms chives parsley dill, salt and pepper; cook until mushrooms are softened. Stir in chicken broth, return chicken to skillet, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until breast are tender. In a small bowl, combine flour and sour cream; add to skillet, and cook until heated. DO NOT BOIL. Serve over pasta.
